1. Exchanges Only
   We offer exchanges for unused and unopened products within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Exchange
   To qualify for an exchange:

   • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
   • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
   For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:

   • Opened or used products.
   • Items that show signs of tampering.

4. Exchange Process
   To request an exchange:

   • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.

5. Shipping Costs
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
   If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will replace it at no additional cost to you.
